The Signature Sunday Brunch at VIU restaurant has been upgraded with its high-quality seasonal ingredients changed every three months. To mark the beginning of the season, VIU recently hosted a special quarterly Brunch Club a brunch event to introduce new ingredients of the season – showcasing Oscietra caviar from the renowned Caviar House & Prunier with a special offer available just for that day.

Experience Oscietra caviar, the first seasonal delight, harvested from mature sturgeons. Indulge in its rich, buttery taste, coming from a special organic feeding technique, alongside the hearty flavors of the Mediterranean-inspired dishes, designed to bring friends or family together for a memorable meal. The first Brunch Club also offered a complimentary free-flow Champagne to enhance the brunch experience. Stay tuned for the next Brunch Club and discover the next exciting ingredient of the season!

The Signature Sunday Brunch features the unique “At the Table” experience, which everything is served right to you. Begin with a lavish seafood tower that boasts steamed blue crab, river prawns, French bulot snails, New Zealand mussels, Alaskan king crab, and a selection of French oysters. The indulgence continues, as you will enjoy dishes made to order and delivered straight to your table, including Octopus Salad “alla Mediterranean,Rougié Foie Gras Crostini, and a selection of Italian cold cuts and cheeses.

Enjoy a selection of main courses that change weekly, featuring Grilled Lobster Tail, Truffle Hollandaise, Broccolini, BBQ Pork Ribs, Corn, BBQ Sauce, Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin, Caponata, Roasted Onion, Beef Jus, Australian Lamb Rack, Bell Pepper Purée, Roasted Tomato, and Snow Fish, Fennel Purée, Asparagus, Orange-Infused Butter Sauce. The brunch experience is made even more special with an array of freshly prepared Japanese sushi, sashimi, and Thai specialties, including Boat Noodles topped with Wagyu Beef and the Grilled Ayutthaya River Prawns. Handcrafted pizzas are also served tableside for a touch of warmth and comfort.

To end on a sweet note, VIU presents a delectable tableside Tiramisu service alongside a tempting dessert corner, complete with an ice cream station, a flowing chocolate fountain, and freshly made crêpes — perfect for all ages to enjoy.

The Signature Sunday Brunch with Oscietra caviar at VIU, located on 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, is available from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM for THB 3,500++ per person, inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages. Guests can also enhance their brunch experience with free-flow wine for an additional THB 2,000++ or free-flow Champagne for THB 3,500++.
