Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok invites food and wine enthusiasts to an Italian Wine Dinner at Salvia Italian Osteria
Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok invites guests to an exquisite evening dedicated to exploring some of the finest Italian wines paired with excellent cuisine. Wine enthusiasts looking to expand their knowledge will have the opportunity to learn and discover various regions and insights they may not have encountered before.
This event will take place at Salvia Italian Osteria, in the private room Cellar, on Thursday, 3 April 2025, at 19:00 hrs. The price is THB 2,500++ per person.
A wine specialist representing IWS – Independent Wine & Spirit (Thailand) will guide guests through a tasting of four labels from three Italian vineyards, sharing stories about each wine's origins, tasting notes and production.
Guests will enjoy a four-course gourmet Italian dinner crafted by Chef Roberto Parentela and Chef Gabriele Olivieri. Each course is thoughtfully paired to complement the wine's flavours to create a harmonious dining experience.
Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta Brut (sparkling) paired with canapés; Cembra Müller Thurgau Trentino W'21 (white) with yellowfin tuna rolls; Borgogno No Name 2019 (red) with braised pork cheek agnolotti, Castelmagno cheese fondue and black truffle; Borgogno Barolo 2018 (red) with roasted Coastal lamb saddle, spinach stuffing and celeriac purée.
This captivating journey is further enriched with a sweet treat of a caramelised tomato tart and ricotta ice cream served with aged 25-year-old aceto balsamico.

Guests who appreciate Italian cuisine will be happy with our menu, which highlights the natural produce that is in season in Italy at this time of the year’, says Chef Gabriele Olivieri, Chef de Cuisine at Salvia.
