Chef’s Special Lunch
Enjoy a new tailor-made lunch set curated by the talented VIU chef team, featuring weekly surprises inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Guests can choose between two or three courses, with appetizers, main courses, and desserts designed to suit your preference.

EPIC Dinner
Gather with friends and family for an evening of abundance with VIU’s much-loved EPIC Dinner. Begin with a seafood tower, fresh sushi and sashimi, and the pizza of the day, all served family-style to your table. The October highlights include Le Fritture All’Italiana (deep-fried olive Ascolana style, anchovies, and mozzarella-stuffed zucchini flower), Homemade Tagliatelle with Black Mussels Sauce, Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Polenta, alongside premium grilles including Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin, Australian Lamb Rack, and a special serving of Boston Lobster Tail per guest, individually prepared for each guest.

Signature Sunday Brunch
This October, VIU enhances its beloved Signature Sunday Brunch, with bold game meat specialties. Guests can savor Stir-Fried Wild Boar with Thai Herbs; Venison Carpaccio with Grana Padano and Arugula; Homemade Wild Rabbit Ravioli; Handmade Tagliatelle with Duck Ragout; and Crocodile Skewers marinated in a sweet and sour glaze. These dishes complement VIU’ famous brunch offerings, including a fresh seafood tower, premium cold cuts, pass-around pizzas, and fresh caviar from a roaming cart (one round). Guests can also enjoy the signature “At the Table” service, where freshly prepared plates — such as Grilled Lobster Tail, Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin, and more — are served directly, along with a decadent dessert spread.
