VIU invites guests to return to its much-loved Signature Sunday Brunch at VIU, now enhanced with a new series of monthly highlights from September 7, 2025, onwards. Each month, guests can look forward to exclusive dishes built around a featured ingredient, offering a fresh culinary experience alongside a curated selection of live stations and the signature “At the Table” service — where freshly prepared dishes are cooked à la minute and presented directly to guests.
The series begins in September with crab as the star. Chef Matteo Fontana and team have crafted a menu that celebrates the versatility of this prized ingredient, presenting creations such as Avocado and Crab Salad with Yuzu Dressing, Kani Miso with Crab Meat and Ikura; Stir-Fried Mud Crab with rotating weekly sauces such as black pepper, yellow curry, and sweet & sour. Pasta lovers can enjoy with Homemade Tagliolini with Crab and Lemon, while special main dish is Homemade Yellow Curry Crab with Betel Leaf and Fermented Rice Noodle. Further to the new dishes, guests’ beloved items remain available, including a brimming seafood tower, premium cold cuts, pass-around pizzas, a selection of all-you-can-indulge main courses on weekly rotation such as Grilled Lobster Tail and Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin, and a decadent dessert corner.
The brunch takes place every Sunday, with the September crab highlight available on September 7 until September 28, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM at VIU located on 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok. The price is at THB 3,500++ per person, including free-flow non-alcoholic beverages. Wine pairing is available for an additional THB 2,000++ per person, while guests may opt for a Champagne package at THB 3,500++ per person.
