IGNIV Bangkok (One MICHELIN Star) invites guests to an intimate Lange Twins Family Wine & Dine experience that brings together the spirit of California’s Lodi wine country and the restaurant’s signature culture of sharing. Exclusively for one evening on May 19, 2026, the dinner offers a delightful encounter where exceptional wines and refined cuisine come together around the table, creating the warm and convivial atmosphere that defines IGNIV’s approach to dining.
At the heart of the evening is Lange Twins Family Winery & Vineyards, a name rooted in over five generations of family tradition and recognized for its commitment to sustainability, responsible land stewardship, and the belief that great wine begins in the vineyard. This evening, guests will have the rare opportunity to meet Joe Lange, a fifth-generation winegrower, who will be present to share personal insights into the family’s philosophy, winemaking approach, and the evolution of their vineyards.
The five-course menu, designed by Head Chef Arne Riehn in IGNIV’s signature sharing style, will be paired with a selection of wines that highlight the diversity and depth of the Lange Twins portfolio. These include the 2021 Chardonnay “Merrill Vineyard” from Clarksburg; the 2019 Petite Syrah “One Hundred Vineyard” from Lodi; the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon “Thirty Eight Vineyard” from Lodi; the 2017 Old Vine Zinfandel “Centennial” from Lodi; and the 2021 Ivory & Burt Old Vine Zinfandel, a tribute to family legacy with vibrant character.
The winery’s longstanding dedication to sustainability has been recognized with some of the most prestigious accolades in the United States, including the International Award of Excellence in Sustainable Winegrowing by the Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT), the Leopold Conservation Award for environmental stewardship, and the title of Grower of the Year by the California Association of Winegrape Growers.
The Lange Twins Family Wine & Dine experience will take place on May 19, 2026, from 6:30 PM onwards at IGNIV Bangkok, Level 1 of The St. Regis Bangkok. The evening is priced at THB 6,500++ per person, including a five-course menu with wine pairing, water, and coffee.
