Guests were captivated by a magnificent seven-metre-tall Christmas tree, adorned with green, silver and gold decorations.  The tree stood prominently in the hotel's Chevaa Garden, a lush and spacious tropical garden. The ceremony featured joyful celebrations, festive treats and performances by carol singers. The hotel lobby also presented spectacular seasonal décor, including a contemporary-style Christmas tree and holiday-inspired arrangements.

After the Christmas tree was lit, the lobby became a stage to welcome talented young musicians from the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra (RBSO), who serenaded visitors with a special performance held in honour of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother.

The exclusive mini-concert hosted in the hotel’s elegant Lobby Lounge formed apart of the brand’s signature Kempinski Concertini series. The gifted young musicians performed “Rhapsody in Red”, a classical composition created especially for Kempinski Hotels.

With this concert, Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok reaffirms its commitment to supporting the local community and fostering cultural exchange. Since its opening, the hotel has hosted a diverse array of events, including exhibitions, concerts and live performances.

The Kempinski Concertini series was originally piloted in 2017- 2018 in select hotels as a cultural initiative. The concept was to transform Lobby Lounges into intimates stages for young local artists, grounded in the philosophy that each Kempinski hotel is a unique space where beautiful performances unfold daily, with the Lobby Lounge at the heart of the guest experience. The initiative has since evolved into a global series of mini-concerts, inviting emerging young musicians from local music schools to ‘Play and Stay in Style’ on a distinguished stage within the hotel lobby.
