Embark on an epicurean journey through Southern Thailand with  Chef Chatsorn from Flourish restaurant at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok and Chef Rudttborn from Thai Library in Phuket. This exclusive Four-Hand Dinner celebrates the bold heritage and rich flavours of Southern Thai cuisine, brought to life through modern artistry, refined presentation and a shared passion for authentic, sustainably sourced local ingredients. The culinary collaboration will take place at Flourish restaurant, located on the Lobby Level of Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, on 20 and 21 November 2025.

Chef Chatsorn  Pratumma, Executive Sous Chef at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok - has taken her love for Thai cuisine far beyond her hometown. Her culinary expertise has graced some of the finest restaurants across Europe, Asia Pacific and even the Royal Hashemite Court of Jordan. Embodying passion, precision and perseverance, Chef Chatsorn honed her craft in Switzerland before joining Sindhorn Kempinski, introducing Alpine diners to the rich flavours of Thailand.  A master of aromatic herbs and exotic spices, she creates dishes that awaken the senses and evoke nostalgic memories, crafting unforgettable dining experiences for guests around the world.

 

Chef Rudttbor Phumsirinunt, Chef de Cuisine at Thai Library, Trisara Phuket, is a seasoned culinary expert whose extensive experience has been cultivated through years of collaboration with Michelin-starred chefs.  His dedication to Thai gastronomy and unwavering pursuit of excellence drive his vision to share the authentic essence and allure of Thai cuisine to a global audience. Beyond his culinary mastery, Chef Rudttborn is a strong advocate for sustainability, fostering relationships with local farmers, reviving ancient Thai recipes and preserving culinary traditions. His holistic approach ensures that every dish tells a story of heritage, sustainability and artistry.

Guests will enjoy a specially curated seven-course menu that begins with Deep-Fried Baby Shrimp with Ming Aralia Leaves and Grated Coconut, follow by Stir-Fried Squid with Krill Paste, Phuket Pineapple and Fermented Glutinous Rice.

 

Next, savour Surat Thani-Style Seablite Salad with Sous-Vide Quail Egg Yolk and Kurobuta Pork, follow by Wood-Fired Grilled Marinated Goat Satay. A contemporary Thai Soup, Malindjo Leaves with Southern Curry Fish Mousse and Mullet Roulade, completes the appetiser sequence.

 

For the main course, indulge in a quarter of signature dishes: Pattani Salt-Grilled Tiger Prawns with Homemade Fermented Brown Rice and Coconut Milk, Braised Chumphon Beef Cheek in Yellow Curry with Shrubby Basil, Crispy Andaman Sand Crab and Sautéed Andaman Leaves with Garlic and Mushroom Sauce, all served with Jasmine Rice Cooked in Coconut Water.

 

Conclude the evening with a sweet finale featuring Chumphon Dark Chocolate Mousse Banana, Sweet Southern Curry Ice Cream and Spiced Mango Gel.

 

Reserve your seat for this special seven-course dining experience on 20 – 21 November 2025 (Thursday and Friday) from 19:00 to 21:00 at Flourish restaurant. The experience is priced at THB 2,500++ per person.
