A Once-in-a-Season Collaboration
For one Sunday only, Chef Francesco Leone of JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon joins Rossini's Chef Stefano Merlo for a rare meeting of two Italian masters. Together, they trace Italy's rich culinary soul from north to south, from Tuscan classics like Pappardelle al Cinghiale and Braised Beef in Chianti, to Sicilian favorites including Arancini, Pasta alla Norma, and Cannoli.
Complemented by premium Italian cold cuts, artisanal cheeses, fresh seafood, live cooking stations, and indulgent gelato.
