Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, the city’s urban sanctuary for luxury and well-being, welcomes Sinimol ‘Sani’ Thomas for a special wellness residency at Sindhorn Wellness by Resense from 1 to 31 October 2026. With more than 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, Sani has dedicated her career to holistic wellbeing, working across leading wellness destinations throughout the Maldives and South Asia, including her native Kerala – a region deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of Ayurveda.

Bringing together traditional wisdom and a deeply personalised approach, Sani believes that every individual has a unique path towards balance. Her wellness journey begins with a personal consultation, taking time to understand each guest’s needs, intentions and constitution before tailoring the experience accordingly.

Rather than simply seeking to address the body, her approach considers wellbeing as an interplay of the physical, emotional and energetic – creating an opportunity for guests to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with themselves.

During her residency, guests are invited to discover a curated collection of holistic therapies, each offering a distinctive pathway to relaxation, self-awareness and renewed vitality.

  • Asian Bodywork Therapy: This therapeutic treatment combines deep tissue massage with acupressure to target musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and injuries.  It aims to alleviate pain, break down scar tissue, reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation to support the body’s natural healing process.
  • Chakra Healing Balancing: offers Offers a serene energy-based experience inspired by traditional chakra concepts. Through chakra cleansing and balancing techniques, the treatment encourages deep relaxation, emotional balance and greater self-awareness, creating a quiet space to release everyday tension and restore a sense of inner calm.
  • Healing Touch: For those seeking a gentle and restorative experience, Healing Touch combines light or off-body hand placement with lymphatic-supportive techniques, breath awareness and gentle movement. The treatment is designed to ease stress and tension while encouraging a feeling of lightness, relaxation and greater connection with the body.
  • Marma Point Therapy: Drawing inspiration from Ayurvedic traditions, Marma Point Therapy is a rejuvenating ritual combining body exfoliation, nourishing oil application, targeted Marma-point stimulation, therapeutic massage and optional cupping. Traditionally associated with vital energy points within the body, Marma techniques are used to encourage circulation, relaxation and a refreshed sense of vitality.
  • Psychological Consultation: Recognising that true wellbeing extends beyond the physical wellness, Sani also offers Psychological Consultation, a private one-to-one wellness session providing a supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing, stress triggers and everyday coping strategies. Through thoughtful conversation and practical self-care guidance, guests are encouraged to develop greater emotional clarity and awareness. This wellness consultation is not intended to replace professional medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.
  • Menopause Hormonal Yoga: Beyond individual treatments, Sani also brings her expertise in yoga to a group experience created for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.   This specialised yoga practice combines mindful breathing, gentle yoga movements, mobility exercises, relaxation and meditation to support overall wellbeing during this significant stage of life. Sessions may include slow diaphragmatic breathing, gentle spinal and hip-opening movements, twists and suitable yoga postures, followed by guided relaxation and body awareness.

More than a physical practice, the experience offers a nurturing opportunity for women to reconnect with their bodies, release tension and cultivate a greater sense of ease and self-awareness.

Sani’s residency continues this journey from 1 – 31 October 2026, bringing the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda into a contemporary urban sanctuary. Each experience is an invitation to pause from the rhythm of everyday life, listen inwardly and rediscover a more harmonious state of being.
