Le Méridien Bangkok’s Tempo restaurant unveils the latest menu, an inspired composition of land and sea that brings modern European grill dining to the vibrant pulse of Silom.

 

The menu opens with indulgent expressions such as Pan-Seared Foie Gras and Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, before moving into the comforting elegance of Lobster Bisque and the freshness of Burrata & Heirloom Tomato.

 

At its heart lies the grill — featuring USDA Prime Tenderloin, Kilcoy Wagyu Striploin, and chef-recommended Westholme Wagyu Ribeye, complemented by refined sauces including Café de Paris butter and truffle cream.

From Herb-Crusted New Zealand Lamb to Grilled Tiger Prawns and Miso-Glazed Black Cod, the Land & Sea selection celebrates premium sourcing and balanced flavours. Desserts such as the Dark & White Chocolate Mille-Feuille and Signature Nam Dok Mai Sticky Rice Ball provide a memorable finale.
