This spring, Ms.Jigger at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok invites guests to celebrate the season of renewal with La Primavera, a vibrant Italian-inspired afternoon tea that captures the freshness, colour and romance of springtime in every bite.
Available from 1 March 1 – 31 July 2026, La Primavera Afternoon Tea is a thoughtfully curated journey by Chef Danilo Aiassa through savoury delicacies, indulgent sweets and artisanal scones, presented and inspired by the finest ingredients of the season.
Rooted in Italy’s culinary heritage yet infused with playful modern flair, the savoury selection showcases refined craftsmanship and premium ingredients. Highlights include:
- Vanilla-scented carrot soufflé with foie gras morsel and quince jam, a delicate balance of sweetness and richness.
- Crispy saffron risotto cake topped with jumbo lump crab meat and caviar, an elegant nod to northern Italian luxury.
- Artichoke, kale and spinach terrine crowned with fresh buffalo mozzarella, celebrating the green bounty of spring.
- Organic seed cracker with gorgonzola mousse and fresh fig, a harmonious blend of creaminess and natural sweetness.
The sweet creations evoke the joy and colour of the season, featuring:
- White chocolate egg with strawberry mousse, a whimsical tribute to springtime renewal.
- Gluten-free mulberry and blueberry crumble, bursting with orchard flavours.
- Baba mignon adorned with gold leaf, light yet indulgent.
- Almond meringue with pistachio cream, delivering nutty elegance and delicate texture.
No afternoon tea would be complete without freshly baked scones. Guests can savour:

- Madagascar vanilla and kaffir lime scones

- THB 1,590++ for two persons, inclusive of 2 choices of coffee mocktails, coffee and tea
- THB 1,990++ for two persons, inclusive of 2 glasses of sparkling wine, coffee and tea
