With over two decades of experience supporting senior leadership needs across APAC, Richard has worked across a broad range of sectors, from established industries such as industrial, manufacturing, and aerospace, through to the emerging businesses that are reshaping the regional economy. He brings a grounded understanding of cross-cultural leadership and the evolving dynamics of executive talent in Southeast Asia.
His contribution at board level will support IIC Partners in strengthening global alignment and advancing professional standards across its member firms.
