IGNIV Bangkok (1 Michelin star) invites guests to an intimate Wine & Dine experience featuring Les Parcellaires de Saulx, a boutique micro-négoce based in Burgundy. Exclusively for one evening on June 18, 2026, the dinner explores two of Burgundy’s most revered wine-producing regions through a five-course menu paired with a selection of wines crafted using organic or biodynamic principles.
Produced in extremely limited quantities, often just a single barrel per cuvée, each Les Parcellaires de Saulx wine reflects the individuality of its vineyard and terroir, from the celebrated Chardonnay wines of Côte de Beaune to the renowned Pinot Noir expressions of Côte de Nuits.
The evening presents a five-course menu thoughtfully paired with top-tier Burgundy wines handpicked by Christian Hotz, IGNIV Bangkok’s Restaurant Manager & Sommelier, for their precision, elegance, and sense of place. Guests will discover the mineral-driven 2023 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Blanc, 2022 Saint-Romain Les Perrières Blanc, 2021 Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru Les Valozières, 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Evocelles, and 2019 Pommard 1er Cru Vieille Vignes. Featuring celebrated Premier Cru expressions alongside renowned Pinot Noir appellations from Burgundy, the selection is thoughtfully paired with IGNIV’s signature sharing-style dining experience.
The Wine & Dine IGNIV Bangkok x Les Parcellaires de Saulx experience will take place on June 18, 2026, from 6:30 PM onwards at IGNIV Bangkok, and is priced at THB 6,500++ per person, including a five-course menu with wine pairing, water, and coffee.
