Khum Hom at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok continues its acclaimed Four Hands Dinner Series with a three-night culinary journey from 12–14 November 2025, featuring Chef Richard Toix of Le Charlie restaurant in Corsica (France) and Chef Ian Kittichai. Together, the two culinary masters will craft menus that harmoniously unite Mediterranean and mountain traditions from Corsica with Thailand’s regional flavours.
Chef Toix, renowned for his deep connection to nature as a fisherman, hunter, and forager, brings a culinary philosophy rooted in authenticity and respect for ingredients. His Michelin-starred cuisine elevates humble elements into sophisticated expressions, reflecting both creativity and seasonality.
The experience features two tasting options seven or nine courses presenting a harmonious blend of premium ingredients and innovative techniques inspired by both Corsican and Thai culinary artistry. Optional wine pairings are available to enhance the journey. Dinner service begins at 6.30 pm each evening.
