Plate Restaurant at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit presents this month’s culinary highlight, Steamed Seafood Curry Custard in Young Coconut, a classic Thai dish that showcases the rich and delicate flavours of Thai cuisine.

 

This traditional favourite brings together plump prawns, tender squid, and fresh mussels blended with fragrant Thai red curry paste. Enriched with coconut milk and aromatic herbs, the mixture is freshly prepared and gently steamed inside a young coconut.
