Rooted in the traditions, simplicity and vibrant character of classic Mediterranean cuisine, Trattoria@22 presents a carefully assembled collection of over 60 exquisite dishes. Drawing inspiration from more than 16 Mediterranean countries, the culinary team emphasises nourishing, health-forward ingredients such as olives, legumes, yogurt, cheeses and grains. The newly launched menu, available from Monday, 15 December 2025, showcases an irresistibly enticing range of chef-driven creations celebrating the bold and refreshing flavours of the Mediterranean coast. With a considered blend of authenticity and contemporary culinary techniques, the rejuvenated menu reflects the team’s ongoing commitment to quality, creativity and refined craftsmanship.
To begin your European culinary experience, enjoy an assortment of house-made dips, such as Muhammara, Tzatziki, and Ricotta with Crushed Olives, served with freshly baked, warm mini pita bread. Guests may also be tempted to indulge in the Grilled Romaine Wedge Salad, elevated through thoughtful detail and prepared with premium ingredients selected by its chefs.
Continue with a rich and aromatic Lobster Bisque, deep in flavour and comforting by design, followed by an impressive selection of sharing platters, including the “MAISON LOSTE” Cold Cut Platter and a generously indulgent Cheese Platter.
