Having arrived at this elegant top floor restaurant, guests will be immersed in an enchanting ambiance with panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline. The culinary journey then commences with an exquisite appetizer of King Crab Salad, enhanced with dashi jelly, miso dressing and avocado purée, followed by Crispy Tiger Prawn – sweet shrimp tempura with yellow mustard mayonnaise and nori.

 

Couples will then be able to savor the finest produce from land and sea. A delectable dish of Atlantic Cod will be elevated with a honey & tomato glaze, vibrant yuzu garlic aioli, and grilled shishito pepper, and a prime cut of Australian Striploin 2GR will be chargrilled to perfection in a coffee crust, and accompanied with baby corn and black garlic jus.

 

This epicurean adventure then concludes with Sakura Blossom – a dreamy dessert featuring mixed berry compote, Bavarian mousse, a white chocolate cracker and sakura ice cream, to evoke the essence of Japan’s cherry blossom season.

Valentine’s menu highlights include an opulent Caviar Station, plus sublime seafood such as red prawn carpaccio, Boston lobster on ice, seared scallop & truffle risotto, salmon Wellington, a luxurious lobster bisque, and a dedicated Oyster Bar featuring 12 types of freshly-shucked oyster, from local Thai varieties to imported delicacies from France, Ireland and the Netherlands. Culinary journeys can start with imported cheeses and cold cuts, including Iberico ham, the Seafood on Ice Station will feature succulent Alaskan king crab, blue crab, scallops, rock lobster, black mussels, Babylonia whelks, and banana prawns, and the Sushi & Sashimi Bar will showcase salmon, tuna, hamachi, hotate, unagi, and wagyu.

 

A choice of Western dishes includes pan-seared Hokkaido scallops and grilled premium meats (dry-aged prime rib of beef, wagyu rump steak, Australian lamb rack), plus handcrafted pizzas and a live Pasta Station with creamy lobster pasta. The Community Sustainable Seafood Station will focus on French cuisine, such as grilled oysters with mornay sauce, grilled razor clams with Maltaise sauce, soupe de poisson, crab quiche and more, and the Asian Station will present tom yum seafood, braised beef noodles, grilled marinated wagyu beef brisket, shabu-shabu, and Peking duck.

Together, Chef Aum and Chef Aon – two proud ambassadors of Southern Thai cuisine – will use authentic produce sourced from Thap Thiang Market in Trang to transport guests on a gastronomic journey to the Malay Peninsula, with a series of shared dishes that evoke the flavors and fragrances of this exotic, heritage-rich region.

 

Having been greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, couples can feel the romantic ambiance as the sun sets over the city and soft lights sparkle on the river. The epicurean adventure then commences with a duo of enticing appetizers: raw fish salad with toasted sesame seeds, and “Golden Cup” – stir-fried jicama with dried squid, sea shrimp & pickled vegetables. A sublime soup of smoked duck & pickled mustard greens then follows, stimulating the senses.

 

A selection of main courses is perfect for two lovebirds to share. Diners can experience vibrant Peranakan flavors and fresh ingredients from land and sea, with dishes including blue swimming crab claw curry with vermicelli noodles, stir-fried tiger prawns with lemongrass, shrimp paste & cashew nuts, braised pork belly with soybean paste & potatoes, Pachriyanat grilled pineapple curry with quail’s eggs, and stir-fried mixed vegetables with glass noodles.
