Guests can feast their way through an expansive spread featuring charcoal-grilled premium meats, tempting seafood served on ice, vibrant wok-fried specialties and a line-up of globally inspired dishes designed for adventurous palates. Taking centre stage are show-stopping live charcoal-grilled extra-long sausages, stretching up to two metres, crafted to cheekily impress and perfect for sharing.
