Experience the delicate balance of nature with the Botanical Harmony Afternoon Tea at Tuxedo Espresso Bar, inspired by aromatic herbs, tropical fruits, and floral notes. Thoughtfully crafted by Pastry Chef Pavitra Bangchay, also known as Chef Pom, this refined selection of sweet and savoury creations celebrates authentic Thai flavours, reimagined with modern elegance.
Begin the journey with a selection of savoury bites. The Spicy Tuna Brioche features an open-faced brioche topped with spicy tuna salad and a refreshing touch of fresh coriander. Miang Kham Kleeb Bua presents classic Thai herbal flavours with delicate lotus petals, served with traditional Miang Kham sauce. For a lighter bite, the Mint Herb Pouch combines tremella mushroom and fragrant herbs wrapped in soft rice paper, complemented by a spicy dipping sauce. Completing the savoury selection is the Ginger Cheddar Scone, a homemade scone infused with warming ginger and cheddar cheese, served with jam and cottage cream.
The sweet selection offers a graceful interpretation of botanical flavours. Coconut Pandan Delight features soft pandan sponge layered with coconut cream and finished with lemongrass jelly. The Bael Fruit Panna Cotta delivers a smooth, creamy texture paired with bael fruit sauce and candied bael. Rosella Lychee Mousse balances floral rosella notes with delicate lychee jelly, while the Honey Lemon Madeleine, coated in honey–lemon white chocolate, adds a gentle citrus finish.
The highlight of the set is the Kaffir Lime Cheesecake, an artfully crafted kaffir lime–shaped sponge cake filled with smooth cream cheese frosting, offering a refreshing citrus aroma and a visually striking centrepiece.
Botanical Harmony Afternoon Tea is priced at THB 1,380++ per set for two persons and THB 880++ per set for one person. Each set includes a pot of TWG tea or freshly brewed coffee. Guests may enhance their afternoon experience with a glass of bubbly for an additional THB 200++.
