Bayer Thai Co., Ltd. Appoints Weraphon Charoenpanit as Managing Director for Thailand, effective 1 July 2026. He will continue to serve as Country Commerical Lead of Crop Science for Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
This appointment reflects Weraphon’s strong leadership and extensive experience in driving Bayer’s business growth in Thailand. He has played a key role in strengthening collaboration with stakeholders across the public sector, civil society, and private sector, while leading the implementation of innovation and sustainable development approaches to continuously elevate the agricultural sector. He has also contributed to advancing investments that enhance the competitiveness and long-term potential of Thai farmers.
With his strategic vision and leadership, he will support employees in advancing Bayer’s mission, “Health for all, Hunger for none,” delivering solutions that effectively and sustainably meet the needs of consumers, patients, and farmers.
Weraphon joined Bayer in 2019 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the agriculture industry. He has strong expertise in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and developing sustainable approaches to support farmers and the agricultural sector. He holds a degree from the Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University.
