On October 16, 2026, ABar Rooftop will be elevated even higher as it welcomes Bryan and Eldwin, the guest bartenders from Ozone Bar - the world’s highest rooftop bar! Set on the 118th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, this breath-taking venue is famed for its innovative cocktails and spectacular skyline vistas.
Ozone’s bar manager Bryan and bar captain Eldwin will treat couples and friends to an uplifting evening of “Hong Kong Craftsmanship.” Guests can come together and choose from four special drinks: Malum Viride, which blends Jameson Black Barrel whiskey with green apple tea cordial and chocolate bitters; Famous Last Word, a smooth concoction of Kaffir Leaf Monkey 47 whisky, L’Ermitage Saint Valbert (a French herbal liqueur), Maraschino (sweet cherry liqueur), lime and Greek yogurt; Cyber Funk, which mixes Absolut vodka with pink guava, Italicus (Italian bergamot liqueur), citrus and salted plum; and HK Mango Sago, a distinctive blend of Bumbu rum, Tio Pepe Fino sherry, sous vide pandan leaf, vanilla, and mango cordial.
Then on October 27, 2026, ABar Rooftop will be given “The Japanese Touch” as its bar is taken over by Shuichi Nagatomo, owner and master bartender of Oscar Bar in the trendy Daimyo neighborhood of Fukuoka. As the sun sets over Bangkok, this acclaimed mixologist will shake up a series of signature cocktails, inspired by the purity of Japanese flavors.
These four original creations include Sakura Paloma, which combines Patron Silver tequila with mirin, white grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, and Fever-Tree elderflower tonic; Milk of Bombay, an exotic blend of Bombay Sapphire gin with Hojicha (green tea liqueur), espresso coffee and whipped milk; Four-Leaf Clover, a concoction of Dewar’s 12-year-old whisky, melon liqueur, white grapefruit juice and lemon juice; and Night Train, a pure blend of Grey Goose vodka, sake, amazake (a traditional fermented rice drink), pear juice and Blue Curaçao.
