Albricias at Chatrium Sathon Bangkok joins forces with La Malifeta Vermuteria for Spanish Night Meets Vermouth, a one-night-only dining experience celebrating the lively spirit of Spanish gastronomy and the versatility of vermouth.
Taking place on Friday, 28 August 2026, from 18.00 to 21.30, the evening brings together a playful six-course Spanish menu, with each dish matched with a distinctive Spanish vermouth to create a journey of flavours from the first bite to dessert.
The evening begins in the relaxed surroundings of La Terraza, where guests can mingle over the opening courses in a casual, social setting. Three snacks set the tone: Spanish cockles and olives with Lustau Dry, razor clam with sofrito sauce and lemon air with Yzaguirre Reserva Blanco, and paprika-pickled mussels in baby cos lettuce with Lustau Rosé.
Guests will then continue the experience inside Albricias for the main part of the dinner. A creamy cuttlefish and blood sausage rice with cauliflower cream is paired with Lacuesta, followed by suckling pig cochinillo with orange frisée salad and passion fruit sauce accompanied by Grifolls vermouth.
The evening concludes on a playful note with Dracula ice cream, paired with Yzaguirre Rosé.
Throughout the dinner, guests will discover more about each dish and the vermouth selected to accompany it, highlighting how Spain’s much-loved aperitif can complement flavours across an entire meal.
Spanish Night Meets Vermouth is priced at THB 1,990 per person, including the six-course menu and vermouth pairing. Price is subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
