Embark on a six-course culinary journey that honours Kempinski’s rich heritage, with each chef presenting distinctive interpretation of a classic dish on Friday, 3 October 2025 from 19:00 onwards at Flourish restaurant.

With more than twenty-five years of international experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, Chef Frank leads Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok’s kitchens with vision and passion. His culinary artistry, shaped by diverse global influences, transforms each dish into a journey of flavour and emotion. At the Twelve-Hand Dinner, he will unite the talents of all six chefs in a celebration of Kempinski’s rich heritage, ensuring every course reflects innovation, creativity, and heart, a finale not to be missed.

 

Chef Chatsorn Pratoomma – Executive Sous Chef

Renowned for her passion and precision, Chef Chatsorn brings authentic Thai flavours with a modern twist. Her expertise in exotic herbs and spices allows to craft menus that delight the senses while honouring both tradition and innovation. At the Twelve-Hand Dinner, she will present her inspired interpretation of Thai culinary artistry.

 

Chef Omar Ahmad Hazim – Arabic Speciality Chef, Flourish Restaurant

Deeply influenced by his Lebanese heritage, Chef Omar creates dishes that harmoniously blend tradition and modernity. His use of aromatic herbs and spices brings warmth, sophistication and authenticity to every creation, evoking both comfort and refinement.

 

Chef Satoshi Sawada – Japanese Culinary Artist, Ki Izakaya

With more than three decades of global culinary experience, Chef Sawada has contributed to renowned hotels worldwide.  He unites classical Japanese techniques with the finest, locally sourced ingredients.  At the Twelve-Hand Dinner, his creation will embody harmony, purity and elegance.

 

Chef Slawomir Kowalik – Chef de Cuisine at Bistrot De La Mer

Trained in classical French and European cuisine, Chef Slawomir has honed his expertise in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe as well as prestigious hotels in the Caribbean and Asia. Known for his precision and creativity, he seamlessly blends classical technique with contemporary influences.  At the Twelve-Hand Dinner, he will present refined plates that highlights the depth of French and Mediterranean flavours combining tradition, innovation and passion.

 

Chef Simon Eberhardt – Head Pastry Chef at Berthold Delikatessen

With more than fifteen years of experience in luxury hospitality, including a decade in Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Simon reimagines classic pastry traditions through modern innovation. His global travels have inspired creations that are as memorable in taste as they are in presentation.  Guests at the Twelve-Hand Dinner will savour his refined creations, crafted to spark joy and indulgence.
