Under the shared concept “The Journey of Taste,” lebua and Thai Airways have worked closely to reimagine inflight dining through dishes that reflect craftsmanship, emotion, and the warmth of Thai hospitality. This collaboration marks an important moment for two Thai brands presenting excellence on the global stage.

The inflight menus are crafted by two exceptional culinary leaders at lebua:
- Chef Vincent Thierry, Executive Chef of Chef’s Table by lebua, renowned for contemporary French cuisine that blends innovation, emotion, and classical technique.
- Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, Executive Chef of Mezzaluna by lebua, who presents world-class French cuisine elevated with the elegance and harmony of Japanese influences, guided by seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.
Their combined philosophies—precision, seasonality, emotion, and craftsmanship—ensure that every dish translates beautifully to the inflight environment.
Menus crafted by Mezzaluna by lebua and Chef’s Table by lebua will be offered to Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class passengers on Thai Airways flights departing from Bangkok to:
- Europe (excluding Istanbul)
- Australia
- Japan
- South Korea
Service includes both lunch/dinner and breakfast, beginning October 2025, with monthly menu rotations to keep the experience continuously refreshing.
