Carefully sourced from Japan, these premium ingredients showcase the restaurant's commitment to authentic Japanese cuisine and seasonality.
Delicately sweet and tender, Anago is served as Tempura, Donburi and lightly flamed Aburi with pickled sansho pepper. Ayu, Japan's iconic summer fish, is prepared in traditional styles including Charcoal-Grilled Shio Yaki, comforting Nabe Hot Pot and Kanroni simmered in sweet soy sauce, highlighting its naturally delicate flavour.
Available exclusively from July to August 2026, the seasonal menu offers guests an authentic taste of Japan's summer, thoughtfully crafted with premium ingredients and the refined culinary artistry that defines the Kisso dining experience perfectly.
