The seasonal highlight is the magnificent Olive Wagyu Steak, an exceptionally tender highest-quality wagyu cut from Japan, originating from Shodoshima Island. This distinguished wagyu is raised on a naturally enriching specialised diet incorporating roasted and dried olives, resulting in a uniquely delicate aroma, a well-balanced flavour and a wonderfully rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture that feels truly decadent. With a naturally higher oleic acid content (good fat) than standard wagyu, Olive Wagyu has earned great acclaim as one of the world’s most sought-after specialty wagyu varieties and is adored worldwide for its splendidly smooth finish and superior depth of flavour.
