Created for guests who appreciate premium meat and foie gras, the promotion is featured in the Saturday Dinner Buffet and the Splendid Sunday Brunch.
A highlight of the season is Olive Wagyu, a rare Japanese beef from Shodoshima Island renowned for its tender texture and naturally rich, nutty flavour. This specialty is served on Saturdays and Sundays. Foie gras, accompanied by mango sauce or berry compote, is offered exclusively during the Sunday Brunch.
Saturday dinner includes a choice of two premium meat or foie gras dishes per guest, while Sunday Brunch offers a four-hour gourmet experience. The Market@5 showcases an elevated international buffet featuring premium seafood, Thai and Asian favourites, sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, abalone noodles, and fresh pizza. Desserts include Thai sweets, cakes, chocolate fondue and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, ensuring a delightful finish.
