The Green Leaf Programs, officially launched in late 1997 by the Green Leaf Foundation, are committed to assessing and promoting sustainable practices within the hospitality industry. Participating hotels are evaluated by experts using a comprehensive eco-checklist that covers all aspects of the property’s operations, including carbon emissions, water usage, waste management, and more.

The overall aim is to raise environmental awareness in the hospitality sector, encourage efficient resource usage, and foster responsible practices to support the long-term growth of sustainable tourism in Thailand.

Sustainability plays an integral role in the success of the hotel, and it has integrated eco-friendly solutions into every aspect of its operations. The hotel also champions local culture and community projects. This aligns with Marriott International’s “Serve 360” sustainability and social impact platform, which is dedicated to Doing Good in Every Direction.
