Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Bangkok proudly introduces a new chapter of riverside wellness with the launch of its monthly wellness series, beginning with “Yoga in the Garden – Into the Nature Flow” on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the hotel’s lush riverside garden.
This inaugural edition brings together leading wellness and beauty experts — Absolute, Sulwhasoo, and Mandara Spa — for a morning of mindful movement, self-care, and healthy indulgence.
The program begins with a a 15-minute rejuvenating self-acupressure ritual inspired by Sulwhasoo’s Concentrated Ginseng expertise led by Sulwhasoo experts, followed by a rejuvenating gentle yoga flow led by Kru Big from Absolute. With over two decades of expertise, Absolute is Thailand’s leading name in yoga, Pilates, and Rhythm Cycling—renowned for its signature programs that strengthen both body and mind. Set against the calming backdrop of the Chao Phraya River, the class is designed to reconnect guests with nature through breath, movement, and mindful awareness.
Following the session, guests are invited to a wellness social session featuring wholesome wellness snacks and refreshing detox juices curated by the hotel’s culinary team. The morning will also include exclusive goodie bags and lucky draw prizes from all partners, adding an element of excitement to the serene experience.
