Staged every August, Mother’s Day is a wonderful opportunity for Thai and expat families to thank their precious moms for the unconditional love, care, and affection they provide each and every day. From August 8–17, children (and husbands) can express their deep appreciation by treating their mothers to a series of weekday or weekend dinners, Saturday lunches, or Sunday brunches—each featuring the freshest catch, specially crafted for Mom.
These heartfelt dining experiences will present sustainable sourced seafood, cooked in a variety of sensational Thai, Asian and international styles. Guests can enjoy three prawn dishes (fried tiger prawns with Madan sauce, fried white prawns with mango & passionfruit salad, and steamed banana prawns with a choice of sauces), two mantis shrimp recipes (fried with garlic, chili and coriander sauce, and crispy fried with gooseberry sauce), and three squid options (grilled squid salad, chargrilled squid with seafood sauce, and slow-braised squid in sugar & tamarind broth).
The talented chefs at Goji Kitchen + Bar will also highlight the freshest fish, including steamed pomfret with a choice of Chinese style sauces, golden snapper either baked in a Mediterranean style or served as a fresh carpaccio or ceviche, and sea bass in a trio of dishes: tom yum soup, baked in a herb & salt crust, or simply pan-seared.
These fresh seafood delights will be complemented with a full international buffet dinner, including a charcuterie of imported cheeses and cold cuts, succulent seafood on ice (oysters, black mussels, king crab, blue crab, scallops, Babylonia whelks, banana prawns, and tiger prawns with plenty of condiments), plus salmon gravlax, handcrafted sushi & sashimi, Western dishes, a Mediterranean corner showcasing the finest French delicacies, an Asian live station with dim sum, Peking duck, fish maw soup and more, plus an enticing array of Thai and international desserts.
This special Mother’s Day promotion will be staged at Goji Kitchen + Bar from August 8-17, including a special Mother’s Day brunch and dinner on August 12, 2025.
