This dazzling Indian-themed celebration invites all local residents and international visitors to gather on deck at sunset, savor a vibrant feast, then dance the night away with a live band and DJ!
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a handcrafted amuse bouche (a crab & caviar sandwich with bottarga, sour cream, lime, shallots & chervil). Having settled down at their table, diners will be presented with an amazing array of culinary delicacies from Sirimahannop’s ancient voyages and the exotic ports-of-call en route, including live stations and sharing sets served at the table.
The Top Deck Hand-Cut Carving Station will showcase premium Iberico ham with accompaniments, including Japanese musk melon and fresh figs, while the On Deck Seafood Bar will see chefs present freshly-shucked oysters, king crab and tiger prawns, and the On Deck Hot Live Stations will feature a series of delectable dishes, including seared Hokkaido scallops, truffle risotto, and capellini pasta with marinated red prawns & sea urchin.
