Rossini’s, the Michelin-rated Italian ristorante at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok is celebrating the start of 2025 in style with a choice of promotions that showcase two of the world’s most enticing ingredients: fresh lobster from the ice-cold waters of Canada, and the finest gourmet cheeses from around the world.

To celebrate National Cheese Lovers’ Day this January, Rossini’s is pairing some of the world’s most sought-after cheeses with a variety of organic Thai honeys. Running for seven days from January 20th to 26th, 2025, the “Cheese Lovers' Celebration Week” will offer diners an unlimited selection of European and North American cheeses, carefully sourced from respected producers, paired with artisan breads, fresh fruits, house-made chutneys, and three natural Thai honeys: longan flower honey, lychee flower honey, and forest flower honey.

A spectacular spread of 30 cheeses from seven countries will be available, including exquisite Italian varieties such as pecorino sardo, ricotta affumicata, and gorgonzola, French roquefort, comté, and brie, Swiss emmental and gruyère, Spanish manchego, Turkish labneh, Greek feta, and American colby. Live cheese carving demonstrations will be expertly arranged by Rossini’s team.

Canadian lobster is sweet, succulent and sustainable, making it a preferred choice for the world’s leading chefs. From January 20th to March 31st, 2025, the “Luxurious Lobster” promotion will see Chef Giacomo Vinci and his team present seven delectable recipes that highlight this premium product in a range of authentic and innovative Italian styles.

Diners can start their meal with an exquisite appetizer of Lobster Bruschetta, with optional Oscietra caviar for extra indulgence, savor the essence of the ocean with a wonderfully rich and deep Lobster Bisque, or discover Chef Giacomo’s sensational signature dish, Lobster À La Rossini’s – an opulent plate of poached Canadian lobster, pan-seared Provençal foie gras, and fresh winter black truffle with a duck & porcini consommé.

For a truly Italian epicurean experience, guests can opt for the luxurious Lobster Linguini or Lobster Risotto, while Rossini's Baked Lobster is accompanied this sublime seafood with braised fennel, pumpkin and lobster jus. Finally, guests seeking a highly original way to end their meal can choose Chef Giacomo’s daringly decadent dessert of Lobster Tail with puff pastry, honey and lemon Chantilly cream, topped with icing sugar. Prices range from THB 380 to THB 2,280 per dish.

The Luxurious Lobster and Cheese Lovers' Celebration Week promotion will both be exclusively available for dinner (17:30 – 22:30 hrs.) during the promotional periods.
