The Easter Brunch at VIU is not just a meal; it's a joyful celebration of family and the refreshing spirit of Easter. Join in the Easter festivities with a unique edition of its Signature Sunday Brunch. This special family gathering will turn into a wonderful Easter feast and a day filled with fun activities including Easter egg hunting and egg painting, all taking place in a dedicated corner for a safe and enjoyable experience for younger guests. Join us on April 20, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM only.  

The brunch features the "At the Table" service, showcasing the restaurant's signature family-style dining experience. With a Southern European touch, the Easter Sunday Brunch highlights Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as Uova Tonnate, a classic Italian recipe of eggs filled with a rich tuna sauce, Homemade Tagliatelle with Rabbit Ragout, and a carving station offering a tender Roasted Australian Lamb Leg with Assorted Grilled Vegetables.

The Easter Sunday Brunch begins with a selection of freshly baked homemade bread and an impressive Seafood Tower, featuring Steamed Blue Crab, Lobster Claw, Mediterranean Mussels, Argentinian Prawn, Sea Snails, King Crab, and French Oysters. Guests will also enjoy tableside service, including Rougié Foie Gras Crostini, alongside a selection of Italian cold cuts and premium cheeses.

As the dining experience progresses, indulge in masterfully crafted main dishes like Grilled Boston Lobster Tail, Wagyu Beef Striploin, and Norwegian Salmon, all prepared with care and served fresh. Adding to the home-style charm, the open kitchen design lets diners observe the chefs in action, creating an engaging aspect to the meal. Furthermore, the brunch features a buffet selection that includes international favorites such as Japanese sushi, Thai Boat Noodles, and homemade pizzas served at the tables, along with the unique “The Caviar House” trolley.

To round off the afternoon on a sweet note, VIU offers a tableside Colomba service, presenting Italy’s traditional Easter cake, which is shaped like a dove, symbolizing peace and the arrival of spring. The dessert corner includes a variety of indulgences such as an ice cream station, chocolate fountain, and freshly made crêpes, along with a delightful selection of classic Easter chocolate eggs in various designs and festive Easter bunny-themed desserts.

The Easter Sunday Brunch menu at VIU is available from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM on Sunday, April 20, 2025, for THB 3,500++ per adult and THB 1,750++ per child aged 4 to 12, inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages. Enhance the brunch experience with free-flow wine for an additional THB 2,000++ or free-flow Champagne for THB 3,500++.
