The St. Regis Bar enhances its evening cocktail offerings with a new culinary addition, the Crudo Bar Experience. This crafted à la carte menu highlights a delightful array of raw fish and seafood dishes inspired by Mediterranean traditions. Designed to complement evening indulgence, the weekly Crudo Bar Experience features fresh and delicate flavors with a protein-filled snacks or light dinner before drinks. This offer is available every Friday starting March 14th, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Named after the Italian word for “raw”, the Crudo Bar Experience emphasizes the unparalleled freshness and quality of raw premium ingredients including Kaviari Kristal Caviar, Cadoret Oysters, Hokkaido Scallops, Australian Wagyu. Highlights include à la carte dishes such as Black Angus Beef Carpaccio, garnished with shaved Parmesan, fresh rocket, sundried tomato, aioli sauce; and Australian Wagyu Beef Tartare presented with toasted sourdough bread, and a quail egg. Seafood lovers will also delight in the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo topped with superior caviar, and Tuna Nikkei Ceviche, a vibrant dish combining yellowfin tuna with leche de tigre.
Each dish is perfectly paired with the bar’s new Mediterranean-inspired cocktail selection. The St. Regis Bar team has thoughtfully curated a selection of signature cocktails perfect for the delicate flavors of premium raw seafood. Each cocktail offers a refreshing and sophisticated twist, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Highlights include Citrus Odyssey with a bright and citrus-forward creation, Pomegranate Port, and Yuzu Honey Horizon. Additionally, non-alcoholic options like Tropical Sour and Ruby Fizz offer equally refreshing alternatives, completing a well-rounded experience.
The St. Regis Bar offers panoramic views overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, along with live entertainment, making it the perfect vantage point to watch the sunset and see the city illuminate as night falls. The Crudo Bar Experience is available every Friday, starting March 14th, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with à la carte dishes begin at THB 550++ each and cocktails are available from THB 400++ per glass.
