Beiersdorf has opened a production centre for Nivea and Eucerin products, producing more than 20,000 litres of alcohol hand sanitisers for over 1,000 hospitals nationwide. The products are expected to be available from March 31, 2020. The hand sanitisers, with 80 per cent alcohol, will be distributed only to hospitals and orphanages, which have lately reported a critical shortage of the product. DHL Express will help distribute the hand sanitisers free of charge.
