PERFECT BEEF FROM KYUSHU, JAPAN AT THE DISTRICT GRILL ROOM & BAR

Bangkok, Thailand – We are excited to introduce high quality beef from Kyushu, Japan at The District Grill Room & Bar, Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit, starting from 5 June, 2018 until 4 August, 2018.

The District Grill Room & Bar features two types of the famous beef from Japan, “Hakata Wagyu” and “Saga-gyu”. Hakata Wagyu has been carefully nurtured by the rich nature of Fukuoka Prefecture, which is a part of Kyushu region and is famous for its tenderness, tasty and juicy texture. Saga-gyu is originated from Saga Prefecture, also a part of Kyushu region. It is claimed to be the best beef from Saga for over the past 30 years. With a perfect meat marble, Saga-gyu has a great taste and impeccable delicacy.

Highlights of the menu are  A4 Saga-gyu Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, A3 Hakata Beef ‘Tomobara’ Cured & Half Seared, A4 Saga-gyu Beef Chuck Roll Beef Fat Poached as well as A3 Hakata Beef Ribeye ‘Tonkatsu’.
