What do France, Italy, Holland, Switzerland, and England have in common? Stinkin’ good cheese, a selection of which is served at SO Sofitel Bangkok’s newest reason for a most worthy cheat day. Enjoy two full hours of free-flow wine tipples with 30 types of cheese nibbles ranging from Comté to Brillat-Savarin and Raclette alongside artisan breads, cold cuts, charcuterie, trimmings, plus live DJ with Saxophonist.

THB 1,399++ per person (incl. free-flow cheese and wine) or THB 1,999++ per person (with premium wine) for from 7 pm – 9 pm on every first Friday of the month at MIXO Bar (9th floor).

“SO Cheese” selection by Executive Chef Thomas Smith includes: Brie de Meaux, Comté, Valençay, Camembert, Manchego, Brillat-Savarin, Morbier, Mimolette, Roquefort, Parmesan, Coulommiers, Gouda, Tête de Moine, Gruyère, Provolone, Camembert Calvados, Petit Gros Lorrain, English Cheddar Cheese, Goats Cheese with Nut Crust, Petit Blanc, Molone, Longkhot Ashed, Buchette, Emmental, Smoked Cheese, Reblochon, Edam, Coeur de Neufchâtel, Brique du Nord, and Raclette.
