Trading is still an activity restricted for foreigners doing business in Thailand. The seminar gives an overview on the legal framework and explains the procedures necessary to enable a foreign owned company to trade in Thailand and the region. It will also show how to make use of tax incentives granted by the Revenue Department when trading internationally.
This seminar addresses not only trading houses but any foreign invested entity which is selling goods, even if it is only part of their after sales service.

Dr. Roland Wein
Mr. Till Morstadt, an equity partner of Lorenz & Partners since April 2004, is an expert in foreign investment law and international taxation and has an extensive experience in structuring major foreign investments in Thailand. He has been a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong and Vietnam since 2007 and 2011, respectively.
Mrs. Athitaya Chanthasirichot, a partner of Lorenz & Partners, advises primarily European clients in Thailand on matters of foreign investment in Thailand. She has special expertise in corporate, investment law. Since 2008, Mrs. Chanthasirichot is the head of L&P's Corporate Department. Read more >>
